1. Dress in layers. It may be 50 for your 8 ‘clock, but by noon the temp is 65.
2. Go apple picking & stop by and say hello to the farm animals.
3. Decorate your room for Halloween
4. Get up to the Topsfield Fair – and have some fried dough. They have farm animals too.
5. Corn mazes are fun – good luck with your GPS.
6. Try pumpkin spiced anything.
7. Watch Hocus Pocus – much of it was filmed here in Salem.
8. Make your Halloween costume.
9. Watch Halloween 2018 – with Jamie Lee Curtis.
10. Go to the haunted houses NOW before they get really crowded.
11. Make sure you are registered to vote!
12. Good time of year to buy swimsuits & shorts or any lawn furniture you might need.
13. Pumpkin Walk – October 10th from 4 to 8pm Check out the Haunted Happenings website. The Kick-off Parade is October 4th at 6:30!
14. Get a costume for your dog or cat.
Enjoy downtown Salem – no place does Halloween better.
