Make a budget.
Get out the decorations.
Watch the weather.
Watch the Hallmark channel.
Think about some positive resolutions.
Clean up your dorm room.
Register for Wintersession.
Reflect on the year – what went wrong, what went right & why?
Bake cookies.
Snowball fights anyone?
Homemade gifts?
Get the children in your life outside.
Drive around or walk around & look at Christmas lights.
Watch Elf.
Volunteer to do something or donate to a holiday drive, Toys for Tots, the Salvation Army bell ringers, Lifebridge, HAWK – be the change you want to see in the world & while we didn’t say that, we're glad that Ghandi inspired the quote!
Get takeout – give your mom a break.
Write a letter to Santa & let him know just how good you’ve been.
Make your own traditions.
Make a gingerbread house & gingerbread people.
Think about stringing popcorn with cranberries!
Light the Menorah & say the blessings. (The blessings are on the side of the Chanukah candle box.)
Meditate on the 7 principles of Kwansa
Be merry – be bright.
