1. Go to class, you’re paying for this. Set the alarm and don’t hit the snooze. 2. Call your Mom she misses you. 3. Reconnect with old friends and make new friends that are better than those friends. 4. Join clubs and organizations such as Red Skies 5. Pace yourself with those pumpkin flavored drinks. Have you read what is really in them? And no it’s not just a little extra sugar and unicorn particles. 6. Go downtown – Salem is an easy 15 minute walk “down” Lafayette Street. Check out the PEM and the new book store on the Essex Street Mall. Enjoy these warm September days. 7. Get in the habit of doing your homework and buy a planner. (They help!). Meet with your advisor to make sure you’re on track. 8. Summer’s over – let it go – celebrate the solstice. 9. The weather changes on a dime, and the wind whipping up from the ocean can make you cry. Try to remember where you put your snow suit, snow boots, and snow scrapers. 10. Get to the Gassett Center and don’t use up all your dinning dollars.
Bonus Tip! Start that costume!
