How Salem State Voted

In the Commonwealth of Massachusetts we had early voting for the first time and SSU held a mock election held on November 1st and 2nd in the North and Marsh Dining Halls from 11:00 to 2:00 and then again from 5:00 to 7:00, sponsored by the Center for Civic Engagement.
These were the results:
193 students/faculty/staff voted
Clinton - 146 votes; 75% Trump - 24 votes; 12% Johnson - 9 votes; 4% Stein - 1 vote; 0.5% Write in - 10 votes; 5% Sanders - 7 votes; 3%
Question 1: YES -- Addition of a Slot Casino Yes vote: 94 votes; 48% No vote: 92 votes; 47%
Question 2: NO -- Raising the Cap on Charter School Yes vote: 61 votes; 31% No vote: 127 votes; 65%
Question 3: YES -- Farm Animals cannot be in confining cages Yes vote: 167 votes; 86% No vote: 17 votes; 8%
Question 4: YES -- Legalization of Marijuana Yes vote: 143 votes; 74% No vote: 42 votes; 21%
