15 Things to Do During a Snow Day
By: The thawed out members of Red Skies As exciting as it is to not have to go to classes or work, it can be difficult to figure out how to spend that time, especially when you look outside and see nothing but white. Here’s a list of things that the Red Skies staff likes to do to pass the time during our snow days:
1) Go for a walk and imagine what it’s like to live in Alaska
2) Listen for the cool sound of thunder snow
3) Have a snowball fight – free for all!
4) Make hot cocoa from scratch
5) Wrap up with a warm blanket and a favorite book
6) Go sledding – might we suggest a snowy golf course?
7) Play winter records all day
8) Stay in your pajamas all day BECAUSE YOU CAN!
9) Catch up on your favorite show
10) Make a snowman
11) Sleep in!
12) Watch a horror movie
13) Catch up on work
14) Get friends together to play Cards against Humanity
15) Bake to make the house feel warm and smell oh so sweet
